In August 2017, at the 20th birthday, the property decided to do an important real estate investment, buying a new stock in the hearth of the logistic center in Piacenza. Based in Strada dei Dossarelli, 200mt from the highway PC sud, the new headquartier is on an area of 25.000m² of which 15.000m² of covered stock and 800m² of offices.

In 2020, the Intesa partners and the Acquismi partners merged into a single group, consolidating unity of purpose and a solid foundation of thirty years of mutual knowledge and respect.

In 2025 three new companies join the Intesa companies: ABC Bathroom Solution srl, ETV Morello srl and Nosella Dante spa.

In 2026, coinciding with the Group's 30th anniversary, Intesa Sanpaolo is redefining its corporate structure with the addition of a solid and historic company like Innerhofer.

The new stock has a surface of 15.000m² all covered and it’s on a big area of 25.000m². It’s been designed looking at the most important logistic models of the main companies based on the european soil. The movements inside the stock are managed exclusively by the radio frequency.
